Terms of use
What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
You need an accurate email and are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person, and the details you give must be true — including your date of birth.
You must be at least 13. We do not open accounts below that age.
If you are 13 to 17, Indian law treats you as a child, and a parent or guardian must consent before your account opens. At signup you give their email address and mobile number; we send them a code, and the account stays closed until they enter it. Giving a false date of birth, or an address you control instead of a parent's, is a breach of these terms and the account may be closed.
If you are 18 or over, you confirm your own email address with a code and that is all that is needed.
A parent or guardian may withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@smartfuturehub.com. When consent is withdrawn we close the account and delete the data we hold, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
You accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the box at signup. The box is never ticked for you. We record when you agreed and which version of the wording you agreed to, so both sides can tell what was actually accepted.
If we change anything material, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us permission to display it on the platform. Everything published to the feed is visible to every signed-in user.
Do not upload copyrighted coaching material, exam papers you are not permitted to share, or anything that is not yours to post.
Not allowed: harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, spam, scams, impersonation, or sharing another person's private details.
Content can be removed and accounts suspended or deleted for breaking these rules. Suspension blocks sign-in and ends active sessions immediately.
Job and scholarship alerts are provided for convenience and may contain errors or become out of date. Always verify on the official portal before applying or paying any fee. We are not responsible for a missed deadline.
Book listings are between buyer and seller. We do not hold money, verify listings, or guarantee condition or delivery — there is no escrow.
Meet in a public place, check the edition and year before paying, and do not send money in advance to someone you have not met.
Mentors and consultation providers are independent individuals, not employees or agents of SmartFuture Hub. We verify applications as described on the platform, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any session or consultation.
The savings wallet is a personal tracker. It does not hold, transfer or invest real money; nothing is deposited anywhere.
Our platform currently does not provide an integrated payment system. If a payment is required for a session, mentorship, or consultation, users may use an external/direct payment method at their own discretion. SmartFuture Hub is not a party to these payments, does not hold or transfer money, and cannot reverse, refund or guarantee them.
Please verify the recipient and payment details carefully before making any payment. Never share your password, OTP, or other sensitive account information with anyone. Agree the fee, the date and time, the length of the session and what it will cover before you pay, and keep a record of what was agreed.
Students and mentors are expected to communicate honestly and follow the agreed session or consultation schedule after payment. If something changes, tell the other person as early as you can and agree a new time or a fair resolution in good faith.
After receiving payment, mentors and consultation providers are expected to provide the agreed session or consultation as scheduled. Describe your sessions accurately, keep your availability and fees up to date, and do not ask for payment for a service you do not intend to provide. If you cannot attend for a valid reason, inform the student promptly and offer a new time or settle the matter fairly between you.
Failure to provide the agreed service without a valid reason, or engaging in fraudulent or misleading payment-related activity, may result in account suspension or permanent termination in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use SmartFuture Hub for fraudulent, misleading or abusive payment-related activity — for example, asking for payment for sessions you will not hold, impersonating someone, sharing false payment details, pressuring someone to pay, or trying to obtain another person’s password, OTP or account.
We look into reports carefully and fairly, and will usually ask for your side first. Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account, or permanently terminate it. Serious fraud or repeated violations may lead to immediate permanent termination, and we may share information with the authorities where the law requires. If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, write to us and we will review it.
If you have a problem with a payment or a session, report it from the person’s profile or the conversation, or write to support@smartfuturehub.com. Because private messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read them — include any messages or details you want us to consider in your report.
You are responsible for keeping your password, OTPs and devices secure and for what happens on your account. Private messages are end-to-end encrypted, so keep your own record of anything important you agree in a conversation; a new device cannot read earlier messages. Communicate respectfully, and do not use messages to harass, deceive or pressure anyone.
The service is provided as-is. We may change or pause features, and there may be downtime. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
